Vice President Kamala Harris addressed voter ID laws, by publicly insulting rural Americans, stating they could not possibly have access to Printers. “I don’t think that we should…underestimate…what…that could mean. Because it some peoples mind, that means…well…your gonna have to…um…xerox—er, or, or photocopy your ID and send it in to prove you are who you are. Well there’s a whole lot of people—especially people who live in our rural communities who don’t—there’s no Kinkos, there’s no Office Max, near them. People have to understand when we are talking about voter ID laws…be clear about who you have in mind and what would be required of them to prove who they are. Of course people have to prove who they are…but not in a way that makes them—it—almost impossible to prove who they are.”
