New York’s governor Kathy Hochcul said on Wednesday that the state will fund workers abroad to substitute for 16% of hard-working employees at hospitals and nursing homes who are unvaccinated against COVID-19. The Governor announced in a statement, “Our expectation is that all healthcare workers within the state of New York, will be vaccinated by Monday.”
