The Empirical State: Gotham’s Democratic Caucus
“From the forefronts of Constitutional diversion through persuasive and political propaganda, stand depraved pragmatic Congressional Delegates, seeking humanist influence over public appeal, drifting society further apart from God. The people have been coerced to support evil through a populist promise of illusive global utopia. The people of New York are routinely encouraged to support officials who, once attaining power, seek to sustain their influence over U.S. federal legislation and foreign policy, abandoning focus from the very communities they are enlisted to protect.”
The State of New York is a place that many across the globe could only dream to be. A true landmark of the American Dream whose name is known in every household throughout the world. No matter where you are from, New York remains a historic environment that invokes awe upon each individual’s initial arrival and experience. Living in the city, it's easy to see the drastic shift occurring in American culture firsthand, including that very Dream the Founders originally held upon choosing to establish the Capitol in New York. While the transformation in culture is expected through cultural evolution, the City acts as its own political bubble of new-age Liberalism, which seeks to shield the depraved from epistemological and anthropological questions about their own purpose and existence. Although the levels of crime in New York State, New York City, and New York’s 7th Congressional District have decreased significantly under the rule of the progressives, critics argue that its decline was natural. Those opposed to the Liberal rule cite that their control of the Senate and various Congressional Districts has allowed, if not encouraged, the crafting of policies that favored secularists, adopting many controversial social and economic implementations along the way.
7th Congressional District.
As locals and generational residents will attest, during the past quarter of a decade, the majority of New York City and New York’s 7th Congressional District has become increasingly catered toward an influx of LGBT and progressive Liberals due to the low cost of housing and reduction in public crime. Specifically, the political history in 7th Congressional District of New York has remained strictly Democratic, functioning as a liberal-progressive hub for the perversely depraved to congregate and inhabit. The last Republican representative for New York’s 7th Congressional District was Representative Michael J. Hogan of Brooklyn, who served in Congress for two years from 1921-1923 before being convicted of fraud in 1935 and sentenced (NY Times). Since 1923, New York City’s 7th Congressional District has shown a similar consistent political history when it comes to elections. As modernized gentrification has inundated New York’s 7th Congressional District, it has remained a Democratic District, the public demographic has shifted from primarily traditional Hispanic and Latino families, to a literal invasion of the LGBT+ community and those seeking refuge from American Conservatism. A driving force that has led to the modernization and gentrification of New York’s 7th Congressional District has been the low cost of living and the results of decades of demands for public safety from local Hispanic communities. While it is listed as their official duty, New York City politicians have used evidence that they have been involved in radical policy, functioning as Representatives of the depraved in order to sway public opinion during campaigns for re-election.
New York’s 7th Congressional District Representative Nydia Velazquez
Nydia’s Reign
According to her official biography (House.gov) Nydia M. Velazquez was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. Although the exact year remains publicly undisclosed, Velazquez moved to America sometime between 1976 and 1980 to study through a scholarship at NYU. After graduating with her Masters in 1981, she taught Puerto Rican studies at CUNY. Her passion for Puerto Rico would soon become noticed by Borough President of Brooklyn, Howard Golden. Her recognition would lead Velazquez to become appointed to power by Howard Golden. It was by this political appointment that Velazquez would make U.S. national history. Nydia’s political reign began in 1983, and for nearly thirty years she has dominated her position without conflict. During the midterm elections, Velazquez did not even bother to put up a campaign page, due to her expectations to win the election. Without even producing a public campaign beyond strange political slander of the entire Republican party, Velazquez won the midterm elections by a landslide. Democratic Representative Nydia Velazquez received an astounding 81.5% of votes against her Republican opponent Juan Pagan, whose last name likely did not add to his appeal. (Balletopedia) Although Velazquez began her career as a politically appointed operative, she learned to sway to interests of voters through decades of experience and her allegiance to reforming Puerto Rico. Her biography boasts that Velazquez was the first Puerto Rican, Hispanic, and Latina woman to become a U.S. Representative “to chair a fill Congressional committee.” (House.gov) It seems these credentials alone are enough to run her entire re-election campaign upon.
As a Representative of New York City, Velazquez has remained an international political warrior, representing the people of Puerto Rico, and taking a stand against traditional American influence. A proud defender of the Puerto Rican nation, Nydia been a Co-Sponsor in bills such as the Puerto Rico Self-Determination Act, allowing people in Puerto Rico to choose their own political future (House.gov). Since winning the midterm elections, she has focused on improving the District’s local communities by positioning the public against corporate free market enterprises. On November 19th, 2022 Representative Velazquez Tweeted “Didn't get Taylor Swift tickets? It's because of the Ticketmaster monopoly -- and a key example of why we need to break it up.” While her argument remains valid concerning the overreach with Big Tech, due to invasive surveillance and data collection, it should be used to politically weaponize the public in her favor against all major corporations. Before her re-election she Co-Sponsored notorious legislation popular among progressive liberals.
Nydia’s Bills
1) H.R. 8404: Respect for Marriage Act (Co-Sponsor) – July 18th 2022
2) H.R. 8373: Right to Contraception Act (Co-Sponsor) – July 14, 2022
3) H.R. 8297: Ensuring Access to Abortion Act (Co-Sponsor) – July 7th, 2022
When Nydia Velazquez ran for re-election, she remained passive, choosing not to include any of these bills in her campaign. Instead, Nydia Velazquez focused on spreading fears over her opposition. Velazquez took to Twitter to warn voters of the GOP’s continued “attacks on our democracy.” On November 7th, 2022, Representative Velazquez added “Climate justice. Immigration reform. Reproductive rights. It's all on the line tomorrow.”
H.R. 8404. Almost 10 years after the Defense of Marriage Act laws were invalidated (Wustl.edu) Nydia Velazquez is a Co-Sponsor to H.R. 8404, a bill first introduced by Representative Jerrold Nadler of New York, is the widely controversial Respect for Marriage Act, which seeks to define marriage, and impact our First Amendment. Through the Free Exercise Clause, we are guaranteed that Congress shall make no law prohibiting the exercise of religion. Proponents of this legislation advocate its enactment to achieve gender equity and redefine the concept of marriage to include LGBT+ persons. Critics and Christians view it as an attack on religion, believing that it will force Churches to lose their tax exemption status, reducing the ability to make impacts throughout local communities, and offending God. As of November 28th, 2022, this legislation has been introduced and has passed the House but has not yet passed the Senate. On November 16th, 2022, Representative Nydia Velazquez Tweeted, “With radical Republicans indicating they'd be open to overturning marriage equality, this measure is more important than ever. LGTBQ+ Americans deserve this protection!” posting a pro-H.R. 8404 article written by the Washington Post. (Twitter) Although as of November 28th, 2022 she had just won re-election by a landslide, ironically, her Twitter post has only received three likes, one share, and zero comments.
Corinthians 11:8-9 (CSB) states that “For man did not come from woman, but woman came from man. Neither was man created for the sake of woman, but woman for the sake of man.” While Corinthians Chapter 11, Verses 11-12 (CSB) adds “In the Lord, however, woman is not independent of man, and man is not independent of woman. For just as woman came from man, so man comes through woman, and all things come from God.”
H.R. 8373. First introduced by Democratic Representative Kathy E. Manning of North Carolina, H.R. 8373, also known as “The Right to Contraception Act,” was Co-Sponsored by Representative Nydia Velazquez. This act seeks to provide greater access and protection of contraceptives for health care providers. According to Congress.gov, the bill defines the term “Contraception” as “an action taken to prevent pregnancy, including the use of… sterilization procedures.” Advocates believe it will allow those who cannot afford care and educate those seeking information on protection. Critics dispute that the act will appropriate tax dollars for LGBT couples, in addition to allowing more funding for abortion-on-demand. As of November 28th, 2022, this legislation has been introduced and has passed the House but has not yet passed the Senate.
In 1 John 4:8 (NKJV) God calls men to abstain from birth control and other contraceptives, teaching us “[h]e who does not love does not know God, for God is love.” This message is an attempt to save men decades if not a lifetime of emotional hardship, and individual suffering from the deviance of premarital affairs often leading to having children out of wedlock. As the temporary relationships are placed with even greater strain under the consequence of bearing a child, it typically ends, resulting in a lack of traditional American upbringing. This leads to the further derangement of future generations of U.S. citizens. In addition, contraceptives promote disease, multiple sexual partners, and subjecting exposure to toxic chemicals which have unknown long-term effects.
H.R. 8297. First introduced by Texas Democratic Representative Lizzie Fletcher, and Co-Sponsored by Representative Velazquez, H.R. 8297 seeks to ensure access to abortion. After the Supreme Court revoked the Roe v. Wade decision, legislation began to be drafted to protect the rights of interstate abortion. Although interstate travel is Constitutionally protected, H.R. 8297 seeks to “prohibit anyone from interfering with a person’s ability to access out of state abortion services.” Advocates believe that abortion is a fundamental human right, that shall not be infringed. Critics declare abortion is infantile genocide being legally permitted against the will of our Creator, God. As of November 28th, 2022, this legislation has been introduced and has passed the House but has not yet passed the Senate.
In Proverbs Chapter 24 the message from God on the subject of abortion, and willingly eradicating unborn infants due to predicted mental disabilities or autism could not be clearer. While many actively seek opportunity to dismember their unborn fetus inside of themselves as a form of contraceptive, God reminds us in Proverbs 24:11-13 (NIV) “Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, ‘But we knew nothing about this,’ does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done?”
Nydia’s Interest Group Ratings
Nydia’s interest group ratings display her political appeal and provide the voter insight into her positions (VoteSmart). On the subject of both Conservatism, and Social Conservatism, Representative Nydia Velazquez received a 0% from the American Conservative Union (ACU), and just 4% from the Family Research Council (FRC) on both subjects of Family and Social Conservatism. Conversely, Liberal interest groups, such as Americans for Democratic Action (ADA) have rated Representative Velazquez’s Liberal values at 100%, and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has also awarded her a 100% in Civil Liberties and Civil Rights. Based on these ratings, it is evident that the strongest supporters of Nydia Velazquez’s actions are progressive-liberal institutions. This means that despite her stated intentions and public campaign positions, Representative Velazquez’s actions appeal to the interests of liberal and progressive voters.
New York State Senator: Chuck Schumer
New York State’s Past 25 Years
New York State for the past twenty-five years has had an interesting voting history. From 1992 until 2008 New York’s Senate remained Republican. (Ballotpedia) From 2008 until 2020 Republicans have contested with Democrats each election cycle, but their positions in the Senate have been sustained. While often the state appears red during congressional elections, the Senators have found a way to appeal to progressives who hold a belief in their political narrative. One politician who has held the Senate, and remained in power after being consecutively elected since 1998 is Charles “Chuck” Schumer.
Chuck’s Rise to Power
Born in and raised Brooklyn, New York, Charles “Chuck” Schumer’s heroic biography describes him as “dedicated” and a “tireless fighter.” (Senate.gov) Despite his voting record, (schumer.senate.gov) Senator Schumer remains highly educated, an alumnus of Harvard University. Unlike Representative Velazquez’s political appointment to power, Charles Schumer earned his way into government by establishing respect between his actions and the public. Charles Schumer was elected to represent the 9th Congressional District at age 29, where he remained for nearly two decades, developing the public persona “Chuck.” By the late 90’s Chuck had learned to sway popular opinion through his Sponsoring and Co-Sponsoring of many bills to crack down on crime. Some of these include:
1. H.R.4033 - Crime Prevention and Community Justice Act of 1994,
2. H.R.3981 - (1993-1994) To provide mandatory life imprisonment for persons convicted of a third violent felony,
3. H.R.4032 - (1993-1994) To provide the penalty of death for certain crimes.,
4. H.R.3081 - Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 1997
5. H.R.810 Anti-Gang and Youth Violence Act of 1997
By 1998, Representative Chuck became a friendly household name, as was his public image and ability to convey the voice of a diverse New York City population. After eighteen years of service in New York’s 9th Congressional District, in 1998, Chuck was publicly elected to the Senate. So began Senator Chuck Schumer’s rise to power, drafting many bills alongside Senator Joseph Biden. Throughout the years, Chuck’s former interests as a New York Senator began to drift away from New Yorkers and toward federal and international issues.
Chuck’s Bills
Three recent pieces of legislation that were Co-Sponsored by Chuck Schumer are S 2093, S 937, and S Amdt 972. When Chuck Schumer ran his campaign, he did not include these bills in his campaign, instead focusing on the entertainment industry and his “Save Our Stages Bill,” where Chuck Schumer helped acquire $15 billion to save struggling arts venues. (The Hill)
1) S 2093: For the People Act of 2021 – National Key Vote (Co-Sponsor) – June 16th, 2021
2) S 937: COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act (Co-Sponsor) – March 23rd, 2021
3) S Amdt 972 – Increases the Federal Minimum Wage to $15 an Hour – (Co-Sponsor) – March 5th, 2021
S 2093: For the People Act of 2021. First introduced by Democratic Senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon on June 16th, 2021, S 2093 aims to expand voter registration and voting access. Schumer is a Co-Sponsor of this bill, looking to expand vote-by-mail and early voting. The bill also seeks to make it more difficult to remove your name from voter rolls. Proponents believe this will provide greater access to vote in elections, improving voter equity. Critics of S 2093 argue that this legislation will legalize and encourage the means for voter fraud to occur. As of November 28th, 2022, this legislation has been introduced but has not passed the Senate.
Moses wrote in Deuteronomy 1:13 (ESV) “Choose for your tribes wise, understanding, and experienced men, and I will appoint them as your heads.” This message reveals not only is it our duty to elect worthy Congressional Delegates, but it is also a Christian duty to obey them as if they were appointed by God to act as our leaders. In response to this, we must vote wisely, and reject negligent federal and state interference.
S 937: COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act. First introduced by Hawaiian Senator Mazie K. Hirono, S 937 sought to take a stand against the Asian hate surrounding the 2019 release of COVID-19 by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Chuck Schumer was a Co-Sponsor of this important bill, which reminded violent criminals and those prone to discrimination that it was not the fault of the Asian community. From this bill, attacks against Asians related to COVID-19 would be treated as hate crimes. The pandemic was not the fault of the Chinese people but the government, alongside the global bureaucracy. This is an act of good achieved by the version of Chuck Schumer many New Yorkers remember. As of November 28th, 2022, this legislation has been introduced and has become a law.
In John 8:15-16 (NASB1995) Jesus states “You judge according to the flesh; I am not judging anyone. But even if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone in it, but I and the Father who sent Me.” This means it is not our civic duty, nor is it a Christian responsibility to discriminate against any groups or individuals. This is not only offensive to God, but deposes him of his Supernatural sovereignty, desecrating our faith.
S Amdt 972 – Increases the Federal Minimum Wage to $15 an Hour. First introduced by Vermont Senator Bernard “Bernie” Sanders and Co-Sponsored by Chuck Schumer, this act seeks to amend bill H.R. 1319, raising the federal minimum wage to $15. This means no matter where you live, no matter the cost of living, no matter education, everyone would get an equal minimum wage. Proponents believe this would give an advantage to those who work low-paying jobs. Critics believe this would act would destroy the economy, unnecessarily skyrocket inflation, be unfair to those living in major cities, and reward the lazy. In New York, the minimum wage is currently $15 per hour, and in Florida and Virginia, the minimum wage is $11 per hour. (DOL) New York City has a much higher cost of living than Florida and Virginia, so by the logic of this bill, New Yorkers' quality of life would not improve in any way, yet Chuck Schumer Co-Sponsored this bill. In 2016, New York had already raised the minimum wage to $15. (Ny.gov)
In Luke 3, God shows us how to approach both the object of taxes, and the aspect of wages among the working-class. Luke 3:12-14 (NLT) states that “[e]ven corrupt tax collectors came to be baptized and asked, ‘Teacher, what should we do?’ He replied, ‘Collect no more taxes than the government requires.’ ‘What should we do?’ asked some soldiers. John replied, ‘Don’t extort money or make false accusations. And be content with your pay.’” This means that as Christians, and soldiers of the work force, we must remain content with our pay. In the same respect, the government does not possess the right to unnecessarily increase taxes on its citizens. Any violation of these Biblical commands will result in a direct violation of God’s Scripture and the principles of Christianity.
Chuck’s Interest Group Ratings
Chuck Schumer’s interest ratings reveal his personal political image far beyond what the mainstream narrative conveys (VoteSmart). On the object of civil liberties and civil rights Schumer received a 75% from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and a 100% from the Americans for Democratic Action (ADA). Chuck Schumer also received a 100% from the ADA in Liberal interests. However, when it comes to Conservative interest group ratings on family, Schumer received only an 8% from the Family Research Council (FRC). As far as Conservatism, Schumer was rated 4% by the American Conservative Union (ACU). Chuck Schumer continues to receive praise from progressive-liberal institutions, and democratic special interest groups. Based on these ratings, it is evident that the greatest advocates of Chuck Schumer’s actions are liberal institutions. This means that regardless of Chuck Schumer’s public campaign positions, his actions appeal to the interests of liberal progressive voters.
Conclusion
In conclusion, witnessing the interest group ratings of various entities facilitates the exposure of the candidate’s true intentions beyond their public messages and forward-thinking populism. The liberal interests of the decrepit politicians do not in any way reflect the author’s values. First, both Senator Chuck Schumer and Representative Nydia Velazquez advocate allowing illegal immigrants to remain here, bypassing our legal immigration process. (VoteSmart) Nydia Velazquez is opposed to increasing more security along our southern border, instead wishing legal immigrants to be discriminated against. Second, both Chuck Schumer and Nydia Velazquez are tyrannical warmongers and advocate siphoning more money out of our personal paychecks to bail out the pro-Nazi criminal government of Ukraine, continuing to fund the proxy war with Russia. Third, Chuck Schumer and Nydia Velazquez advocate removing the defense of the people, upholding totalitarian positions on legislation involving the total removal of our Second Amendment rights. (VoteSmart) Converse to the meaning used by gun safety experts, “gun control” is a term ultra-Liberal politicians like Velazquez and Schumer use to describe forcible citizen disarmament. This does not correlate with Constitutional American values, nor those of the author. Fourth, both Chuck Schumer and Nydia Velazquez support economic warfare as a means of resolving international conflicts.
In a fitting correlation to the fourth example, both members of Congress also support raising domestic income taxes on residents to promote economic growth. This is a clear indication of bottom-feeding career politicians, whose interests of concern focus not on the people but on attaining campaign money for personal profit and their campaign for re-election. (VoteSmart) Fifth, both members of Congress are self-proclaimed globalists, supporting federal regulation of greenhouse emissions upon the citizens of the state. While our initial climate prognosis began innocuous, over time, it has become an adaptive tool of control without absolute boundaries, perpetuated to force free enterprise God-fearing American citizens’ adherence to additional government regulations.
Instead of adopting new domestic economic ideas and inspiring the public, the state government now resorts to demanding more handouts from New Yorkers, in the name of ensuring their individual salaries the people’s funding of their political allowances. Sixth, both members Velazquez and Schumer also strongly support federal spending as a means of economic growth. Bluntly speaking, both candidates support the unnecessary spending of other people’s paychecks to fund causes apart from public interest. By taking more money from citizens to support more government interests and form international alliances, politicians like Chuck Schumer and Nydia Velazquez are effectively giving a death sentence to many working-class families and their employers. It is tactics like this that are themselves recipes for greater government intervention, which, when combined with popular appeal, can be weaponized against the very populace whom they have been elected to protect. (VoteSmart) Seventh, Chuck and Nydia also promote abortion-on-demand for all, encouraging more to explore the possibilities of participating in the normalization of legalized murder. Both candidates were rated 100% by the operation “Planned Parenthood” depopulation program.
Lastly, and the most important issue, is that neither politician cares about America. The number one issue of importance is neglected to uphold woke LGBT ideology and international political restitution. Instead of dedicating New York’s 7th Congressional District to the people, Nydia Velazquez seeks to use her position as U.S. Representative to function as the international ambassador of Puerto Rico. Clearly, Velazquez and Chuck Schumer are against many interests within our Constitution, including its Biblical influence. While Chuck Schumer is Jewish, and Nydia Velazquez is Puerto Rican, neither have any reason or individual duty to preserve the original image of our nation, as intended by our Christian-influenced Founders. This does not speak against other religions nor against races but instead speaks on the economic results of the total rejection of Jesus Christ’s teachings from the people’s interests and public policy decisions. Instead, the author believes and implies that the Biblical perspective is the best possible structure in which society should be ordered. As evidential support, Jesus Christ was the focus of many Framers’ inspiration as they drew ideas surrounding our pursuit for independence and national progress, a core value that has faded into the modern obscurity of today.
One thing that can be counted on, is that both politicians will keep their secular promises when they go to Washington, as their actions have consistently worked against the interests of Christian conservative voters. As a result, the Congressional delegation’s promise to evoke a disruptive cultural change that forcibly impacts social reform upon every American citizen has consistently remained fulfilled. This liberal focus has allowed these members of Congress to remain relevant on modern issues such as LGBT rights and creating a right to participate in abortion-on-demand. The voting records of both politicians do not align with Biblical principles, as both members of Congress place their own interests, and the transhumanist secular interests, far above God’s intended concept of our natural order. Politicians like Chuck Schumer and Nydia Velazquez overlook the interests of Christians, instead appealing to the depraved by focusing on catering to secular interests. While Chuck Schumer remains Jewish, Nydia Velazquez does not publicly claim affiliation to any religious denomination. By these facts alone, it can be predicted that neither member of Congress’s interests will not take into account the teachings of Jesus Christ among their decisions and actions.
Despite the author residing in New York’s 7th Congressional District, he remains a Southern Baptist and continues the path on which God has called him upon, peacefully but diligently defying the beliefs demanded by the secular transhumanist state. Through the persuasive propagandized national thought-reform campaign targeted to align believers in the Lord with the geopolitical interests of the global socialist bureaucracy, we will prevail. As followers of Christ have been persecuted for their beliefs for centuries, it has become somewhat of a tradition even in the modern age. While today the persecutive experience remains heavily digital, it still stands to silence Christian Biblical opposition, no matter the platform. In the right hands, the written word has become a politically-weaponized tool of control, seeking to reform the construct of what is defined as reality. To stand against coercive imperialistic humanism is to assert refuge and hold persistent Faith in the Supernatural power of our sovereign Lord.
