House GOP to Join Trump & Abbott
Almost a dozen Republican Members from the Republican Study Committee (RSC) plan to join Former President Donald Trump and Governor Abbott at the U.S. Border.
Former President Trump made an announcement earlier this month that he planned to join Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for a trip to the U.S.-Mexico border stating “Our recently secured Southern Border is now worse than ever before. At no time in our Country’s history has anything so outrageous taken place,”–"The Biden administration inherited from me the strongest, safest, and most secure border in US history and in mere weeks they turned it into the single worst border crisis in US history." he continued "We went from having border security that was the envy of the world to a lawless border that is now pitied around the world,"
President Biden made his announcement, placing Kamala Harris in charge, on March 26th, 2021, "I asked her, the VP, today, because she's the most qualified person to do it, to lead our efforts with Mexico and the Northern Triangle, and the countries that can help, need help in stemming the movement of so many folks, stemming the migration to our southern border," Biden told reporters
Her response has been to send Alejandro Mayorkas, who is the secretary of Homeland Security to the border.
In response to our Border crisis, Department of Homeland Security Secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas gave a statement: “I am the secretary of Homeland Security and it is my responsibility to manage the border at the direction of the president and the vice president and I have visited the border on multiple occasions.”
So far, Alejandro Mayorkas’ lack of foreign policy has resulted in the disruption of our national immigration policy, the American economy, and has effected the lives of Texans. We now have a full blown immigration crisis, which requires us to build physical housing, and provide food for the thousands of illegal immigrants and abandoned children who are caught. Around the world countries speculate what is happening to America, and it's not good.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has already begun taking steps necessary to protect his state and it's citizens, from the uncontrolled border.
