Biblical Origins of the Constitution
“The same influence from Divine Province sought by our Founders is often forgotten by those who adhere to the resulting system in which their faith in His Grace privileged the creation of.”
The Biblical origins of the U.S. Constitution were perhaps one of the most significant Supernatural events in the history of our nation. At a point when our Framers were ready to potentially disband, it was Benjamin Franklin who reconvened faith in God’s Scripture, where he gave a speech before delegates disclosing the historic rituals which led America to conquer internal resistance and gain independence. Franklin revealed to the delegates at the convention that it was congress who prayed daily before holding sessions and held faith in the Lord’s word to uphold the image of His Kingdom, defaulting authority to His sovereignty. Under this premise, a new nation would be formed, positioned to be the greatest country in history.
The Constitutional Convention of 1787
While the Constitutional Convention of 1787 was the point where the Founders received His blessing, first they would encounter extreme political discourse. Unlike the reactionary institutions of today, political conflicts of ideas experienced were not met with violence, threats, and public condemnation. Instead, our Framers faced sincere personal reflection and a three-day sermon which led to compromise and reformation. A Constitutional miracle was received as a result, in the physical form of an agreement made between widely different perspectives on government. Although it was not written by God Himself, the Constitution borrowed many Biblical concepts. Even in our nation’s early stage, the belief that our Founders held in God allowed them to recognize specific explanations of how to install a diffused representative state of power. The comparison was first revealed in modern times by David Barton in The Constitutional Christian, and his organization Wallbuilders, per our assignment[1],[2].
Discussing the problems
Some of the problems encountered during the Constitutional Convention were the Founders’ inability to agree upon a stance that would ensure the longevity of a sustainable and impactful nation. Although the American Framers and their families were derived from similar Biblical origins, they held variant depictions on governance. This is because each had come from different walks of life, bringing their personal experiences to the table at the Constitutional Convention. As a result, some sought more authoritarian national leadership, and others advocated for a more representative democracy, distributing power. In many ways, the representatives’ variant methods of governance, and personal depictions of diffused authority, still resonate with discord in modern times.
Despite conflicting views and political interests, one relatable trait our Framers held was that all were God-fearing revolutionaries. This underlying factor remained the guiding Force that would ultimately align all interests. In 1787, the average life expectancy in America was around thirty-five years old[3]. Ben Franklin, who was over double the age of many of this time, at 81 years old, spoke of the historic foundings of the Declaration of Independence. With only three years left of his life, he reminded the delegates that the entire proclamation of America was crafted through prayer, and only achieved by the will of God. Though our founding documents were not drafted directly by God’s finger, they function as a Testament to His miracles. Today, many of these miracles, including the wisdom gained from Scripture positioned into our U.S. Constitution, are overlooked, and superseded by secularist propaganda, funded by the global iatrarchy and international collusion of world leaders through bureaucratic entities.
Founding Fathers of Many Nations
The power to reignite the exceptionalism of America exists from the Holy Spirit in all of us, whose connection requires individual effort as a provision to achieve a collective presence of God in society and legislation. Unlike the Bible which is the Lord’s word, America’s founding documents represent the anointing of the depraved from the grace given by the Divine, enabling a country of lasting strength and prosperity. Borrowing concepts from both Scripture, and their best judgments, by their restructuring what they perceived to be important to the future in the eyes of God, to enable lasting generations under His protection. While religion would be chosen to remain separate from the state, our Founders greatly relied on their belief in God to form what has become the greatest, strongest, and longest-lasting Constitutional Republic in the history of the world. From the same Source of Divinity that spoke through Abram, our founders would be called to perform a Supernatural miracle. Like the blockade of uncertainty that the Framers of our Constitution faced, Abram was ninety-nine years old when God revealed He had a new purpose for his faith:
In the Bible, God stated to Abram, Gen 17:4b-7 (NIV) “You will be the father of many nations. No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations. I will make you very fruitful; I will make nations of you, and kings will come from you. I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.”
Though our Constitution was not written by God, it was influenced by Scripture and the wisdom of the Lord. In the case of America, the term “father” which was applied to Abram, is representative of the Founding Fathers, and “many nations” is representative of the provinces that would ultimately become States. The difference between Abraham and our Framers is that our Founders were certainly not selected to be prophets, but instead depraved individuals that were anointed by God to provide a nation with an eternal platform based upon the eternity of Truth in His word. By the same leap of faith Abram took to follow the order of God at age 99, our nation’s Framers would follow the same Divine path, arriving at a compromise, finally signing our Constitution in 1787.
Biblical Influences in the Constitution
Principle One - The Separation of Powers: Jeremiah 17:6 “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure.” This passage reveals to us that God condemns authoritarianism, totalitarianism, and feudalism. Instead, He calls on us to both worship Him, and encourage others to understand the blueprint of His Kingdom, along with the maintenance required to preserve its image. By their own Divine revelation, the Founders invoked God’s written concept of how the depraved should attempt to govern the people. This led to the implementation of Federalism and the Separation of Powers, both of which would ensure our nation would not fall into the hands of evil. Though we are Fallen, we must continuously resist further degradation of a personal connection with our Creator. The modern 435 Representatives of the people must remember they not just represent the needs of the public, but must first ensure their actions meet the expectations of our Eternal God[4]. It appears today that many in congress relay their separation in powers not only to national policy but also to their faith. This has become the modern trend, the dispersion of authority between God and the decentralized institutional Establishment of control.
Principle Two – Capital Punishment, Article III: Deuteronomy 17:2 “On the testimony of two or three witnesses a person is to be put to death, but no one is to be put to death on the testimony of only one witness. The hands of the witnesses must be the first in putting that person to death, and then the hands of all the people. You must purge the evil from among you.”
The first instances of Capital punishment in America were in Jamestown in 1608, long before our Constitution would be created[5]. Under The Duke of York’s Laws 1665-1675, laws “were compiled from the statutes for the government of other English colonies in America” ‘under the provision of the first English Governor[6].’ This included regulations, laws involving capital punishment, and even included declarations against Bond Slavery, stating that “No Christian shall be kept in Bondslavery, villenage or Capitivity, Except Such who shall be judged thereunto by Authority…”
Capitall Lawes. In this legislation, or compilment of statutes, one section reads “Capitall Lawes” and features twelve principles for the authorization to enforce a sentence of death. The first, and most important concept states, “1. If any person within this Government shall by direct exprest, impious or presumptuous ways, deny the true God and his Attributes, he shall be put to death.” It is legislation like the Duke of York’s Laws in 1665 which had rooted our government historically in the authority of God. It was by these principles our Founders and colonists were raised. By the time the signing of the Declaration of Independence occurred in 1776, a belief in the power of Jesus Christ had become a regular aspect of society. It was the Constitutional Convention that provided our Framers with an opportunity to implement the Divine wisdom they had learned from Scripture to facilitate a monumental decision that determined how our nation should be run.
Politics and the Ten Commandments
As we are the Fallen children of God, His Ten Commandments privilege us with the ordered provisions by which the Lord wishes us to place our works. This includes voting, donations, and verbal advocacy for various issues. These decisions should not be by personal choice but under the jurisdiction of God’s word. It is by faith in His image and depictions of government that humanity can achieve sustainable advancements and progress. The clearest example of this is the First Commandment which reinforces the fact that there is only one God, and He is the same God who has produced miracles since the creation of the universe. The First Commandment states “Thou shall have no other gods before me.”
Similarly, the First Amendment states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” This means that legislation imposed on the public must guarantee that the individual remains under the sovereign authority of God. No matter what happens, the people’s ability to congregate and Worship shall not be impeded or imposed upon in any way by governing figures. The Bible rejects the worship of man. In First Corinthians 7:22-23 (NIV) God states “For the one who was a slave when called to faith in the Lord is the Lord’s freed person; similarly, the one who was free when called is Christ’s slave. You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of human beings.” (1 COR 7:22-23, NIV) The first commandment, “Thou shall have no other gods before me,” was written by the finger of God to be the single most important issue that we are to face in our lifetime on Earth. For this reason, we must honor God’s request, rejecting all authoritative legislation and totalitarian tactics which seek to hijack our faith. The battle between the children of God and the secular-transhumanist forces of evil continues as the entities who collude in global order seek to displace the public’s faith in Jesus Christ. As a method to infiltrate socialist-communist policies into representative democracies, the artificially weaponized SARS-CoV-2 virus was unleashed, to transcend humanity into a state of digital neofeudalism and mandated compliance. Its impact and destructive social influence can be witnessed in the following Court case:
Modern Examples of Secular Governance
In the Supreme Court case of Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, New York v. Andrew M. Cuomo, Governor of New York[7], the governor was sued by the Roman Catholic Church Diocese of Brooklyn for the vacuous declaration that the public worship of God was “non-essential,” as were His children, their economy, and their small businesses. Instead, Andrew Cuomo affirmed that the people’s authority belonged to that of the state. In fact, it would be commanded upon, through forced isolation and economic deprivation. Despite the conflict between Truth and fallacious reality, as in every circumstance throughout the history of time, in the end the will of the Lord prevailed. Cuomo not only lost the court case, but was deposed by God of his former position in government and revoked his social prestige.
While Cuomo attempted to displace the faith of the public in scientific institutions and secular regulations, it was the bureaucratic tyrant of deceit, Kathy Hochul who replaced him. With her power, Hochul attempted to yet again misguide the public wellbeing, visiting facilities of Worship, to spread her perverted propaganda. Using the authority of Jesus Christ, Hochul attempted to push experimental mRNA vaccines, in order to ensure her politically appointed re-election. The following are quotes taken directly from her medical propaganda campaign at the Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn[8]:
“God has asked me to serve…I need you to be my apostles…How can you believe that God would give a vaccine that would cause you harm? That is not truth. Those are just lies out there on social media…That [vaccine] is from God to us and we must say, thank you, God. Thank you…There’s people out there who aren’t listening to God and what God wants. You know who they are.” It is tyrants like Kathy Hochul who offend God by rebuking His authority through the contortion of Scripture and Biblical image. Hochul’s attempts at the disruption of the Divine also give evidence of the importance of Apologetics, knowing how to defend your Faith. No matter the circumstance encountered, God is always with us.
How is Our Constitution in Danger?
Agencies like the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) mandate allegiance and submission to their own synthetic and depraved agenda. This international request comes not only for the compliance of the people but also for our national government to default on our own God-given Constitution. The World Health Organization’s (WHO) Constitution states[9], “ The WG stresses that Member States as a collective must match their willingness to fund the Organization with the demands that they place on it…We further stress that any increase in Member States’ assessed contributions needs to be accompanied by appropriate governance reforms.” It is modern political operatives like Joe Biden who seek to default U.S. Constitution to the WHO Constitution, rebuking the inspiration obtained from God’s image of how a country should be run.
Although our Constitution was not Divinely inspired, it was a miracle given to us by God, and should be honored as such. To reject the help and guidance of the Lord is to disobey the First Commandment, placing ourselves or others into a position of a god. By His request, the First Commandment states that we should also reject voting for candidates who are self-serving, abandoning the interests of God, and seeking to reshape His intended order for life. The First Commandment commands us to decline using God for personal or political profit. By this Commandment one should be granted authority under God to resisting forced medical obedience to participate in experimental concoctions and public mass clinical trials, events which could compromise our abilities to fulfill God’s calling, and personally spread His message by reforming the maleficent forces within our federal, and state, and local governments that aim to influence the children of God. Mass reformation starts with individual resistance to nefarious intent, and total commitment to honor the sovereignty of the Lord. The global medical dictatorship and the progress toward an international agenda has resulted in a classist system whose goal is to continue to global division.
Service to the Poor
Biblically it is the responsibility of the people, and the Church to ensure that the poor, the needy, and the mentally disabled have the means to contribute to society and earn their own prosperity. If they cannot work for physical or mental reasons, we should be able to provide them with resources from both Tithes and Fasting in the name of the Lord. Today, this concept is long forgotten, as the secular have siphoned the economy into the pockets of the global Establishment. Rather than enable the poor to regain their place in society, or participate in honoring the will of God through receiving help from Christians, the federal government works consistently to produce propaganda that aims to convince the public that a utopia can be achieved, if the government budget is increased.
There are two problems with this logic. The first, is that the federal government are criminals who take the majority of any budget received for their own interests. The second, is that Tithing to the federal government is not considered Tithing by God. In fact, relying on the federal government to solve poverty is itself abandoning the direct orders of God to personally contribute to good works. Often the programs and legislations which seek to advocate for the poor are so heavily defaced by the time they make it to the Senate that if they do pass, the original name is often unfit, as the bill becomes unrecognizable to its original idea.
The most recent form of this can be seen in H.R. 6833: Affordable Insulin Now Act[10],[11]. What began as legislation to help the poor lower out of pocket costs, resulting in billions of dollars in funding and weapons to the corrupt government of Ukraine, along with the total removal of Insulin from its context[12]. Yet H.R. 6833 still remains described to the public as “This bill limits cost-sharing for insulin under private health insurance and the Medicare prescription drug benefit.” Scripture reveals an individual step-by-step process to collectively solve and eliminate poverty, yet the majority have been conditioned to trust the works of state-run mainstream media outlets, government officials, and science experts, over the Creator of the universe, the Lord himself.
Biblical Instructions
While the Bible declares each of us that “God commands you this day to follow these decrees and laws…the LORD has declared this day that you are his people… and that you are to keep all his commands.” – Deuteronomy 26:16a-18a,d (NIV), God’s message today has fallen into question and even abandonment. Today, many donate unknowingly contribute to supporting deceitful government policy to reduce poverty, resulting in the dilution of indivdual financial impact. So long as the government ensures there is economic disparity, they can continute to increase their budget and pursue an illusive utopia. Propaganda and social infiltration secure and distract the minds of the individual to comply with false narrative, defy the Lord’s intended order. Apart from disregarding the poor in the name of government intervention, the method by which God personally calls each of us to assist the poor, can be found in Biblical Scripture.
Jesus reminds us in Luke 12:33a-34 (NIV) “Sell your possessions and give to the poor… For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” and in Mark 10:25 (NIV) “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.” As Jesus stated before He predicted He would “serve” and Mark 10:45b (NIV) “give his life as a ransom for man”. Further explanations are given in Deuteronomy 12:17a-17c (NIV) “You must not eat… whatever you have vowed to give.” God truly wants us to care for the poor as he again commands of us in Deuteronomy 24:19 (NIV) “When you are harvesting in your field and you overlook a sheaf, do not go back to get it. Leave it for the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow, so that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.” His Message is not purely historic and can be modernized into good works of today by individual citizens and their communities.
Contributing to Community
World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization that allows each of us the privilege to give back to economically disadvantaged children, families, and communities throughout the world[13],[14]. In order to put the Lord first in every area of life including finance, for just $39 per month, anyone can change an underprivileged child’s life, and uphold the image of the Lord’s Kingdom[15]. Additionally, World Vision ensures that the majority of donations received are able to actually reach their intended destination. World Vision donates “88% of their total operating expenses for programs that benefit children, families, and communities[16].” This is unlike the compromise of hegemonic entities like the federal government. It is deceitful networks of collusion which work against and economic despair preventing funds from reaching underprivileged communities, and ensuring there is always a need for more government programs and state intervention. Instead, the majority of the public’s budget which is intended to uphold the natural intended order commanded by God, is now used to pursue the individual interests of the elites, such as funding a proxy war with Russia through Ukraine.
Conclusion
It is evident that the Biblical origins of our U.S. Constitution were provisional in the unanimous decision that our Framers ultimately found through mutual compromise. By this convergent of perspective, our nation’s Founders were able to enact a federal document that would function as the foundation for the greatest nation in the world. Although many left-wing radicals believe that our Constitution, like the Bible, is outdated literature which offers modern perspective to our current state of affairs, it has remained as a consistent pillar of Truth in our society. The U.S. Constitution is beyond a doubt God’s greatest miracle He performed upon our nation, and continues to shape the way that we view authority and remains instrumental in the creation of public policy and national legislation.
