Advocating an Amendment for a Balanced Federal Budget
America clearly needs to establish an amendment that balances the federal budget. Our nation’s economic turbulence has gotten out of control as the federal government pilots the U.S. dollar into a terminal nosedive. Limitless government spending, foreign welfare, mythical fundraising under the pretext of attempting to control the climate, and flooding the nation with illegal immigrants have driven the cost of living above their own required means for the majority of working-class families. To begin, this amendment does not advocate a socialistic command economy, nor does it suggest that the government should appropriate the needs of the people. Instead, this radical depiction of proposed legislative reform, amending our Constitution reveals the immense upheaval required to fix this dire declining condition of the exceptional and sovereign superpower we reside in. To ensure that future generations of Americans will also enjoy these same luxuries of liberty, a radical policy must be enacted that limits their apathetic approach to governance and inhibits the reprehensible actions of Constitutional negligence seen today. However, competing definitions have risen that seek to sway constituents into compliance, resulting in a state of strategically devised fiscal servitude. These major oppositional players have evoked an alternative narrative that displays a welfare state as government submission, yet all it takes is a mere rise in inflation, and devaluing of national currency to quickly redact any monetary retributions.
The Major Players
Federal Government. The first of the major players is the United States federal government. This disobliging body of collusion views the current federal budget as an amorphous form capable of temporary fulfillment of some personal inner void. This void has greatly cost the citizens of America. In the year 2000, the U.S. national debt exceeded 5.7 trillion dollars of debt[1]. In 2012, our nation descended into 15.2 trillion dollars of national debt[2]. Just over a decade later, in 2023, our country rest at the bottom of an ocean of debt, beneath 31.7 trillion dollars of debt[3]. This amounts to nearly $95,000 per citizen, or just under $250,000 per taxpayer. How did America arrive at this state?
Interest Groups. Special Interest Groups, and non-government organizations (NGO) propagandize the public, reeling constituents from which they can invoke their coordinated plan of action. This action includes the weaponization of the constituent, pitting them against issues that inhibit further revenue. Among this nefarious oligopoly lies individuals like George Soros, Bill Gates, BlackRock, and countless other power players, working against the interests of Constitutional order, civic prosperity, and the God-given right to individual sovereignty.
As an example, on February 26th, 2022, two days after the Russian military operation began, the highly influential George Soros posted a short essay that concluded with his own biased influence. George Soros claimed that[4] “Russia is in clear violation of the United Nations charter and should be held accountable. Allowing Putin to succeed on his quest will send a message across the world that nations can simply be created or dissolved by brute force. We must stand with Ukraine, as they stand for us.” It was by these words and his philanthropic influence that the mainstream media went to work, working in tandem with special interest groups to sway constituents to favor the war.
Upon reading the above statement, any rational U.S. citizen would ask themselves how the conflict will affect America’s interests. However, the facts present a much more horrific depiction. How is it that Ukraine stands for us? Historically, Ukraine has always been a divided nation, with extremist groups arising following the pardoning of individuals affiliated with the Bandera movement, named after its leader Stepan Bandera, during Nuremberg Trials[5]. Although Stepan himself was not involved, the movement grew to become to modern Ukrainian National Guard, known as the U.S. trained, Azov Battalion under Operation Fearless Guardian[6],[7]. This propagandized allegiance to Ukraine’s corrupt government was first legislated by Bill Clinton in 1999 during his U.S. Presidency under his “Treaty With Ukraine On Mutual Legal Assistance In Criminal Matters[8].” This “self-executing” treaty was signed in Kiev on July 22, 1998, and is “one of a series of modern mutual legal assistance treaties being negotiated by the United States in order to counter criminal activities more effectively.”
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). A CIA report from January 15th, 1952 reveals that[9], “Stepan Bandera is the leader of the Bandera group. He resides at present in the American zone in Germany. He is very active…Source says that the German Nazis gave Bandera money and instructions and made him the leader… Subject [Bandera] is today chief of the ABN, Anti-Communist Bloc of Nations, with branches in Germany, England (London), and the United States…he belonged to the Ukrainian underground organization which killed Polish minister Perovsky. He fled to Germany sometime during the years 1930-33.”
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). On October 20th, 2018, FBI Special Agent Scott Bierwirth signed an affidavit stating[10],[11], “Based on my training and experience, I know that the Azov Battalion is a paramilitary unit of the Ukrainian Nation Guard which is known for its association with neo-Nazi ideology and use of Nazi symbolism, and which is believed to have participated in training and radicalizing United States-based white supremacy organizations.” The FBI holds blatant observation of foreign collusion and creating profit from global warfare and international regime changes, focusing on the domestic population and politicians. To reward their behavior in 2022 legislation was passed providing them with $11.33 billion dollars in appropriations for 2023. That is $569.6 million more funding than fiscal year 2022.
Despite FBI Special Agent Scott Bierwirth’s legal declaration of truth under oath, and the undeniable surmounting evidence, the federal government continues to siphon the taxpayer, enabling global conflict by funding convenient criminal allies to execute their dirty work. These eternal endeavors should not be endlessly funded by the taxpayer.
Last updated on February 22nd, 2023, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) published a contrasting article revealing that, “U.S. Aid to Ukraine Far Exceeds That From Other Countries[12].” The CFR’s official website displays a bar graph showing an excess of $75 Billion dollars as of January 15th, 2023. The CFR reminds us of the harsh nature of geopolitics, the heedless exclusion of the people. The CFR proclaims that “Every year, the United States sends billions of dollars in aid—and much more than any other country—to beneficiaries around the world in pursuit of its security, economic, and humanitarian interests.”
On January 5th, 2023, the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget reported that Congress approved $113 Billion of aid to Ukraine in 2022, since the Russian military operation began on February 24th of that year[13],[14]. Shockingly, federal foreign welfare to corrupt neo-Nazi operatives within Ukraine’s government in order to fight a proxy war against the Russian government, is not Congress’ most extensive waste of federal appropriations during 2022.
H.R. 2617. On December 23rd, 2022, upon the conclusion of the 117th Congress, two lame-ducks touted the 4,155-page, “H.R. 2617 omnibus,” a $1.7 Christmas tree littered with earmarks. Massachusetts Democratic Representative Jim McGovern and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi hijacked the United States federal budget to fund their own depraved agenda, passing the legislation at 2:00am away from the public[15]. According to an earlier report by the author of this proposed amendment reveals that, “Senator Patrick Leahy, who concocted the appropriations bill, has numerous projects named after himself. Among these reside $2.35 million for the Leahy Center in Vermont named after Patrick Leahy. In addition, Speaker Pelosi is listed to be memorialized, having structures named after her as well, such as the ‘Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building’ located at 90 7th Street in San Francisco, California[16].” The omnibus disaster set aside $224.2 million for “Climate Research”, which is $24.2 million above the budget for fiscal year 2022. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration was rewarded $3.5 Billion, $226 million above the previous fiscal year. for their ineffective vaccines, responsible for countless injuries, blood clots, neurological issues, and death. Shifting focus away from U.S. immigration, H.R. 2617 provides $410 million in welfare for international border security in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Oman. Ukraine was gifted an unaudited $45 Billion. Rewarding Joe Biden for his state of inaction and promotion of division, the Executive Branch received $878 million in funding, $92 million more than the fiscal year 2022. The Judicial Branch also received $8.5 Billion in discretionary appropriations. It is clear that the federal government holds little regard for the health and goodwill of the American people, funneling the maximum possible amount of appropriations into their possession. This disaster package was presented to the public as a false dichotomy, under the pretext of a government shutdown should the legislation is not be passed. In reality, this segregates the people from the most important issues, ensuring their appropriated tax dollars will never be applied to the community in which constituents reside. However the majority of hardworking tax-paying Americans are unaware their personal earning are being used to initiate civil wars, fund regime changes, and surveil the average American with strict scrutiny. Free speech is no longer a personal choice, but exercising self-censorship and conceding to the global narrative ascends opportunity in the modern age. Modern U.S. citizens must religiously engage in fiscal worship through living sacrifice to please to federal gods of inaction. This includes witnessing the total decimation and restructuring of society to fit the needs of the ruling class to engage in further philanthropic global collusion, weaking the national integrity of America.
Consumer Price Index.
Gasoline. A critical analysis of the U.S Bureau of Labor’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) statistics reveals that the cost of gasoline has reached the highest point in recorded U.S. history[17]. At $5.06 per gallon as of June 2022. This is clearly artificially curated, as the price dropped to $3.36 per gallon during December 2022, just in time for the H.R. 2617 omnibus bill. As of April 2023, the price has steadily ascended to $3.74 per gallon. The price of gasoline has not been this high since July 2008, where it reached $4.07 per gallon, dropping down to $1.69 during December 2008 before voting on annual appropriations.
Electricity. As of April 2023, electricity is more expensive than it has ever been since its invention and implementation. What began at .09 cents per kilowatt hour (KWH) in 2003, has consistently climbed to .17 cents per kilowatt hour (KWH).
Natural Gas. Natural Gas has reached its most expensive state in United States history. What began at .99 per therm, has now reached a point of $1.82 per therm as of January 2023. As of April 2023, the cost of gas has declined to $1.41. Including the reduction over the past four months, the cost of natural gas per therm has not been this expensive since 2008. The second most expensive time in U.S. history has been in November 2005, at $1.55 per therm, and the third most expensive year was April 2014, at $1.14 per therm. When Joe Biden entered office, the cost of natural gas was at $1.12 per therm. That’s a .70 increase per therm in just one year.
This data matters because the federal government are the default suppliers of natural gas and electric utility companies, whereas the utility company functions as the delivery service. Every customer’s utility bill is comprised of two charges divided equally, “delivery services” and “supply services.” The U.S. federal government then receives a return of 50% of every household and business utility bill in the nation. To top it off, the federal government offers utility credits for those who can’t afford their bills, utilizing tax dollars to give to people’s accounts who have defaulted due to their inability to afford their utilities. Rather than provide opportunity for citizens to find places to contribute and thrive within society, the government ensures they will be there to intervene with assistance. The government then receives back 50% of their own appropriations, as they are the customer’s supplier, and the process continues. This cyclic perpetual income is nothing more than legislated legal laundering, and must be stopped. Those who oppose this, are offered another false dichotomy, abandoning Natural Resources, in favor of international import, synthetically raising the price of gasoline, electricity, and natural gas through government inaction and bad policy.
George Soros’ utilized his own perverted principles of predatory-philanthropy, and began funding mainstream media to parrot the narrative. As intended, Americans across the nation began disregarding historic facts, and advocating the total decimation of the U.S. economy and the undeclared proxy war against Russia through the corrupt pro-Nazi government of Ukraine. This is not the fault of the American people, nor the Ukrainian, nor the Russian people, but the fault of the federal government for allowing maleficent globalist forces to influence their policies. Like wildfire, Ukrainian flags began appearing on profiles across the nation, as the cause of our economic blame turned to Russian President Putin. As seen, the problem is not the people, but government interests, far removed from the needs of the people. There is not enough space to permit the extension of this position. The bottom line, international defense funding must be stopped. The people who elected the members of Congress into office were cast aside, disregarded, and lied to as politicians voted to put the military-industrial complex into motion. This is just one of the many instances that require excess depth to inform constituents of the true nature of the terminus of their tax dollars. Often these audits are literally indescribable, as the federal government is more than happy to source the recoupment of lost revenue from the people, through virtually any means necessary.
The World Health Organization (WHO) claims that the United States is “[c]urrently WHO’s second-largest Member State contributor… Through its American Rescue Plan, the USA has helped WHO respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to deliver vaccines. Preparing for the road ahead, the USA is among the WHO Member States working to develop an international mechanism to fortify the world’s defenses against future pandemics. The USA is also fully aligned with WHO in efforts to protect human health and the environment.” These are the same ineffective experimental concoctions responsible for vaccine injuries throughout the world. However, major pharmaceutical tyrants continue to tout unknown ingredients, such as the highly toxic lipid nanoparticle SM-102, responsible for delivering the mRNA into the cell[18].
According to a previously published report by the author of this proposed amendment, “The Safety Data Sheet for the chemical substance SM-102 lists it as a “health hazard” stating that it ‘may cause cancer[19].’ Additional symptoms of SM-102 include anemia, cough, CNS depression, headache, heart damage, lassitude, liver damage, narcosis, reproductive ‘effects,’ and teratogenic ‘effects.’”
The mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic, covered up by frivolous Foreign aid is the reason for our nation’s current state of inflation. Under the right president, the interests of Russia would hold no impact on our American economy, nor would we be at risk of nuclear war. This is the result of those such as George Soros who publicly oppose God and seek to depose America into an open society global enterprise.
As a testament, 2024 U.S. Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reported on the mishandling of the federal budget, citing,[20] “Ukraine is [the] world’s 3rd-largest debtor to IMF. In 2020 [the] IMF [and the] World Bank gave Ukraine new loans on [the] condition [that] it remove[d] restrictions on collateralization [and the] sale of land. Translation: massive transfer from smallholder farmers to oligarchs [and] Western investors.” Robert F. Kennedy Jr. additionally shared his views on the subject of regulating federal funding to, and the profits of, major pharmaceutical companies. These NGO entities view their products as sales, statistics, and numbers, rather than human beings, yet are themselves fueled by the taxpayer, who are subjected to participating in their experimental medical innovations. On May 16thRFK Jr added “Yesterday, [on May 15th] President Biden announced Dr. Monica Bertagnolli as his intended nominee for Director of the NIH. Guess what? From 2015-2021, Bertagnolli received more than 116 grants from Pfizer, totaling $290.8 million. This amount made up 89% of all her research grants…Does this mean Dr. Bertagnolli is personally corrupt? Not at all. But it does mean that she will probably represent the viewpoints and priorities of the pharmaceutical industry. That is how agencies are captured.”
In this regard, the views held by Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are what the future of America needs in an efficient and effective leader, willing to enact radical change in legislation for the good of the people. This sense of awareness and form of leadership would certainly be required to ensure the amendment was fully enacted. His uncle, John F. Kennedy, was the first president to donate “all of his presidential salary (and his congressional salary before that) to charity,” according to the U.S. Library of Congress[21]. Former President Donald Trump followed, donating his salary to multiple recipients including salary went to the Department of Education, the Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Transportation, The National Park Service, and the Department of Health and Human Services[22],[23],[24]. These are some historic examples of exemplary leadership that is required today if we are to change the economic fate of our nation.
Yet this is not where America stands today, and the situation has become dire to the preservation of the strength in our great nation. As Historian Wilfred M. McClay diligently describes,[25] “[a] country that is perceived to be so fiscally unsound as to be at risk of defaulting on its debt-service obligations loses its social, economic, and political power in the world. This, in turn, makes the national debt a national security issue and turns debt into a potential agent of inexorable national decline.” We can only hope that America will change course before it’s too late.
We are reminded of this by His Holy Spirit through Moses in “Deuteronomy 16:19 (ESV) You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality, and you shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the cause of the righteous.” This reveals that Christians are commanded to take action as justice becomes perverted. The American federal government has indeed subverted the cause of national righteousness.
Major Conflicts
Conflicts that would arise under this Amendment would need to be addressed during its enactment and would likely include the total elimination of abortion and transgender surgeries from healthcare in all cases, the elimination of cosmetic surgeries from healthcare unless under the order of a doctor, and the total elimination of all immigration for one month annually to reform policy per influx. Further controversial issues would also require corporations forced to pay more, alongside government employees, while facing higher taxes and less take-home profit. It is high time to stop defending the monstrous entities who don’t possess the slightest notion of your existence. Instead, these funds can be reappropriated back to the people.
Although it may seem unfair to force corporations to pay more taxes than individuals, this is the commandment of Jesus, as he states in Mark 10:23-25 (ESV) “[a]nd Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How difficult it will be for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God!” And the disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said to them again, ‘Children, how difficult it is to enter the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.’” God designed the world in a way that this policy reform will not discourage big business, as they remain essential, but will instead encourage civic engagement and focus from corporations. Denouncing all forms of totalitarianism, the special interest ruling class should not reign over our personal interests, nor that of our nation’s majority, the people.
Halt Immigration One-Month Annually. Although there would likely be a massive uproar over the cessation of all immigration for one month annually, it would allow the federal government to analyze data from the Department of Homeland Security, and better reassess our national immigration policy. At the time of this writing, our federal government has completely abandoned America’s immigration policy. The line has been removed between illegal and legal, as any hint or notion of asylum, instantly qualifies an individual for citizenship, stomping over the line of applicants that patiently wait years to get in legally. In an effort to encourage national morality and objective truth, a tax credit will be given for all registered members of a church who attend a minimum of 26 times per year, remotely or in person. In addition, gym memberships and purchasing healthcare will also qualify citizens for further tax credits.
Common Interests
The Amendment needs to cater to the needs of the people, while putting the ruling class to work. This does not advocate a despotic welfare state, yet proposes the redirection of fiscal appropriations by legislation to meet the Lord’s Biblical standard. This means taking care of the poor, disabled, and elderly. The Bible states as Christians we should care for the poor and disabled by giving them a place in society. We must open up the job market to those clearly in need, and defund any federally supported artificial intelligence. Like Church, society holds a need for human interaction, apart from machines.
To appeal to common interests, and God, this Amendment will boost Healthcare, boost Social Security, and bolster our domestic defense, including the Department of Homeland Security. The amendment will redirect state funding to ensure infrastructure needs are met, state programs are budgeted for, while funding hospitals, fire departments, and the police. In addition, the amendment will provide incentives to boost small businesses, encouraging free market competition. In order to achieve this, the federal budget will need to make extreme revisions. These reforms reduce the power of government, by defunding all politicians and individuals who hold public office. In addition, this amendment will oppose the lucid interests of major international corporations, encouraging tithe to the people.
Similar Proposals in Policy
The balancing of the federal budget through a proposed amendment is nothing revolutionary. Such efforts have been so suppressed by the Establishment the public often fails to recognize the consistent frequency in which this suggestion occurs.
¨ On August 1st, 1987, the Foundation for Economic Education (Est. 1946), sounded the alarm stating that[26] “[t]he federal government has but two ways to balance its budget: raise taxes or reduce expenditures.” The article went on to state that “A Constitutional mandate to balance the budget could be interpreted to mandate higher taxes and more government intervention.” The author, Hans F. Sennholz, reported the history of the balanced U.S. federal budget for appropriations, wrote that “[t]he movement calling for a balanced budget amendment came to life in the early 1970s when it became apparent that the federal government was facing seemingly endless deficits. The movement gave rise to a number of bills which received Congressional attention in 1982 and 1986. On August 4, 1982, a bill that would require a balanced budget unless three-fifths of the members of both houses approve a deficit was passed by the Senate by a vote of 69-31, two votes more than the required two-thirds.”
¨ On October 15th, 1993, The Heritage Foundation released a report on Budget and Spending titled “Why America Needs a Balanced Budget Amendment[27],” showing the need for regulations on annual federal appropriations.
¨ On January 23rd, 1995 the Department of Justice produced a statement that was presented before the Joint Economic Committee warning that the[28] “lack of any enforcement mechanism in current proposals to amend the Constitution to require a balanced budget could result in the transfer of power over fundamental political questions of taxing and spending to the courts.”
¨ On March 16th, 2018, in a critical response, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) issued a resistance piece featuring headlines claiming that a,[29] “Constitutional Balanced Budget Amendment Poses Serious Risks: Would Likely Make Recessions Longer and Deeper, Could Harm Social Security and Other Trust Funds.” The article went on to use tactics such as stating that an Constitutional Amendment to regulate federal spending would be detrimental to citizens, “because the amendment would force policymakers to cut federal programs, raise taxes, or both when the economy is weak or already in recession.” The article, however failed to recognize the immense waste appropriated to foreign welfare, while ensuring a steady stream of revenue for the Kingmakers and their network of alliances that work against the interests of the people to ensure there remains a need for consistent government intervention.
¨ On June 23rd, 2011, the House of Representatives proposed a Balanced Budget Constitutional Amendment[30]. This proposal sought to “as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification.”
¨ On January 4th, 2021, Ohio Representative Steve Chabot proposed H.J. Res. 3, in an effort to create a Constitutional amendment that proposed a balanced budget[31].
¨ On February 16th, 2023, Senators Mike Lee of Utah and Chuck Grassley of Iowa proposed an Amendment that would fulfill the reformation and regulation of Congressional spending once and for all. The brevity of this three-page amendment displays significant necessary structure which would ensure the longevity and sustainability of prosperity in America, without stifling free-market competition. Senator Mike Lee stated, on the subject of a proposed amendment to balance the federal budget, that[32], “[w]e cannot rely on self-imposed, statutory spending limits that Congress can waive with a simple majority. To restore fiscal responsibility, we must enact a permanent structural spending restraint. If we want to eliminate deficits, reduce the national debt, reduce spending, preserve our constitutional priorities, and save our economy, it starts with the balanced budget amendment. It is the only solution that guarantees the enforcement of future reforms.”
As shown from the demand since the 1970s, it is high time that the people demanded accountability for the federal appropriations of their own tax dollars. An Amendment would ensure the needs of society are met, while discouraging division, and promoting bipartisan patriotism.
Other Viable Solutions
The New Compromise: “Putting the ‘Public’ Back Into ‘Public Policy’”
“The New Compromise” is the theoretical analysis of an amendment that would be required to regulate the economy, without relying on the government for anything other than compliance, participation, contribution, and adherence to the said proposed policy. The introduction of a new amendment would allow “The New Compromise,” like congressional districts, to be reassessed every 10 years. If opposed at any point through a biannual public vote, the Amendment would allow the people to return to the default policy at any point through a national vote.
Defund Congress, Politicians, and Federal Workers. To enact this radical shift in policy, bringing legislation back into the hands of the people, politicians will omit their salaries for the greater good of the nation. Politicians should no longer receive payment for their services, beyond basic essentials while in office. This will come from a politician pool that is budgeted and appropriated by the taxpayer. (As an example, a very small percentage of sales tax will be used to accommodate politicians while in office. This budget can be halted at any time through a statewide election taking place halfway through each fiscal year.) It should be an honor to serve our nation, and not a way to generate personal revenue. To encourage policy performance and representation, politicians would be judged at the end of their term, with the potential to keep a small percentage of the total federal profit and state profit, they have helped to build, creating incentives through a performance-based retirement package. Leaving office in greater debt than your position started means the politician will be fined by that same percentage upon leaving office. Outside of the public office, federal government workers, (excluding civil positions like social workers), will see a reduction in their per salaries of 50%, and an increase in income tax of 50%. This action would encourage working for private businesses. A reduction in salary should be the cost of serving the people, and knowing it is impacting our nation. This would also encourage a competitive job market. Sales tax will be utilized towards social security, health care, infrastructure, and state programs.
Federal Income Tax. Federal income tax will be eliminated for all students (during their education), Veterans (for life), and those on active duty. Federal income tax will be halved for families with at least one working member of a household that does not rely on government assistance, and for disabled Americans. Federal income tax will be doubled for all corporations exceeding one million dollars in profit per year, after expenses. Federal income tax will be quadrupled for corporations with headquarters or manufacturing facilities in foreign nations, to encourage bringing jobs back into America. All members of Congress will pay double income tax annually on the small allotment of income they are provided through state tax and constituent contribution based on performance. This will ensure they strive to obtain a pristine economy so that they can obtain a profit at the end of their position in office. All members of the Executive Branch will pay quadruple income tax. The President will not be subject to income tax, as they will receive no payment while in office, however, can receive living expenses per constituent. These donations cannot exceed the annual salary of the lowest income bracket in for a full-time W2/W4 worker in America. The president should rely on their own finances while in office, and not that of the people. This amendment would lift taxes on personal life savings over $100,000, encouraging savings and future prosperity. However, to prevent a slowing of the economy, incentives would be offered for consumer engagement.
Sales Tax. Sales tax will be eliminated for Veterans and active duty, and sales tax will be eliminated for all disabled Americans. Sales tax will be halved for family members of veterans.
Sales tax will be doubled for government employees. Sales tax will be quadrupled for officials who hold positions in office. Sales tax will be eight-times greater for those in the Executive Branch. Sales tax can be applied to feed Politicians while in office, as these valiant and prestigious public servants should not be paid to run Congress, but remembered for their contributions to our country. There can be appropriations through state income tax, used for the politician’s basic living expenses while in office. This would greatly reduce federal spending, and stabilize taxes. It also preserves the authority of the people over the interests of the government.
Eliminate Federal Minimum Wage. First, the elimination of federal minimum wage would force major corporations and businesses to offer employees the best possible options per state. In addition, this would simultaneously encourage the public to seek higher-wage jobs and education, adding greater contribution to the economy and ultimately our national advancement. In exchange, large companies would be given incentives to provide various amenities to employees. Employees would work for their value, instead of expecting higher wages for positions of lesser responsibility. Wages could be set by business owners, allowing employees to determine their own worth rather than the employer.
Eliminate Sovereign Immunity and Qualified Immunity. This action would correct legislative negligence, forcing federal workers, and those who hold influential positions in office to follow the rules and play by the books. Instead, governmental authority wreaks havoc across the country, experimenting with different possibilities, as career politicians often dive into uncharted grey areas to engage in unregulated criminal behavior. Personal liability will be given to the employer. This would also enable agencies funded through tax dollars to work in the interests of the people, simultaneously allowing the prosecution of oligarchs that favor revenue and fiscal opportunity over human life.
Elimination of Excessive Federal Appropriations From National Budget. To achieve this, cuts will need to be made in the national federal budget. This will include the elimination of all federal assistance to major pharmaceutical companies. Pharmaceutical companies in any way associated with COVID-19 vaccines that made over $10 million dollars in profit annually during fiscal years 2020-2022 will pay 75% income tax, receive no government funding, and fall subject to annual IRS audits. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will undergo a complete overhaul, alongside the IRS, FBI, and CIA. The FDA will shift its focus away from depopulative negligence and towards the safety of our food supply, and internationally sourced ingredients. Funding will be provided for international inspection for routinely sourced ingredients. Other essential alphabet agencies will face total legislative reformation, shifting focus away from U.S. civilians and instead subject corporations, federal workers, and international businesses to strict scrutiny. The biggest culprit, the Federal Reserve would be indefinitely abolished, and the U.S. currency would return to being backed by precious metals. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) would only be used to audit major corporations, federal government officials, and international entities, except under the condition of obvious tax fraud or other criminal acts.
End Foreign Welfare, Limit Foreign Aid. Furthermore, federal budget reductions include the total elimination of all federal aid to foreign nations, especially Ukraine, Somalia, Yemen, Syria, Libya, and all other nations’ civil wars[33]. The United States cannot offer its military servicemen and servicewomen to become police on behalf of the United Nations, when the interests hold no bearing on American interests. At this point it may need to be legislated that we are not to mirror our image across the planet, and that smaller nations can oppose, or engage in trade under mutual benefit, with America without resulting in violent regime changes. We cannot continue to fund violent offensive warfare for the greater good of illusory world peace, when our nation deteriorates around us. When the involvement is clearly a greater threat to our national security than overlooking the opportunity for engagement. World peace would result in the fall of our Constitution, as the submission to global dominance without the possibility for free will. This is certainly not a resemblance of America. In exchange these funds would be appropriated to bolster specificities within our national defense, not to be used against any American citizen.
Exit Global Collusion, Enter International Trade. By this amendment, America must exit the stage of global collusion. This means reducing international funding by 75%, forcing politicians to choose the most important areas to internationally invest U.S. tax dollars. To achieve this reduction, the U.S. would leave the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Economic Forum (WEF), and similar geopolitically divisive enterprises. The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) would be limited to international affairs, and the FBI would be defunded and reformed to avoid partisan weaponization.
Total Elimination of the Climate Change Budget. First, “the cleaning of air, oceans, and the environment” will be redefined and reappropriated under “public health.” The entire Climate Change budget will be re-appropriated to states per capita for food programs, shelter and housing programs, mental health programs, and drug counseling. Rather than chase an illusory false utopia of permanent self-degradation, we must stop and consider where these funds may be better appropriated. The proposed amendment must seek to eliminate chronic poverty. God reminds us of our inherent duty in Proverb 17:5 (NASB1995) “He who mocks the poor taunts his Maker.” Legislative negligence equates to mockery, and from a Biblical perspective must be addressed.
Immigration Reform. The negligence of our U.S. border has become a national security hazard. This amendment would stop all immigration for one month annually. This duty would be performed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and would allow a complete review and analysis of the immigration influx, current standards, allowing a response of policy reform. It would also require the reformation of the definition of asylum and refugee to comply with the original meaning.
Boost Healthcare. This would eliminate the need for free universal healthcare by offering free healthcare only to elderly above 60 years, and children up to 18 years. This means between ages 19-59, individuals would choose to purchase healthcare from private providers, or accept a proposed federal healthcare program. This would challenge the federal government to offer better options. Policies can be crafted which allow convenient repayment methods for those who require emergency medical procedures or involved in accidents. God commands us of this in 1 Timothy 5:8 (TPT), “For if a believer fails to provide for their own relatives when they are in need, they have compromised their convictions of faith and need to be corrected, for they are living worse than the unbelievers,” and in Isaiah 1:17 (NLT) “Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows.” As Christians, we must remember to care for the elderly. By the choice of the Lord, Free Healthcare would also be offered to single parents, at any age.
Boost Education. In order to boost education throughout American society, we must first eliminate the possibility of “Free Education,” aside from scholarships. National Federal Aid policy must be revised to encourage the attendance of college and trade schools through tax credits and other incentives. This will promote education throughout society, and greatly improve the economy through offering a platform for competitive innovation. Additionally, the amendment would facilitate free programs to teach students how to budget money for college loans. To assist with the reduction of division, free anti-Communist, anti-Socialist education would be offered, showing the devastation these ideologies historically have had on populations. This federally funded education would also highlight the benefits of America, its Constitution and its 27 Amendments, the exceptionalism of our nation, its founding, and the benefits of capitalism in a free market. Student loans would have interest and tax eliminated, funded through a neutral education loan pool, to which no entity profits, except the people. Under this condition, students would submit to automatically repay the loans through their careers at a convenient rate, similar to a chronologically inverted Social Security. This would ensure the education loan pool is available interest-free and tax-free for the next generation. If a student is indefinitely unable to find work, leaves the country, is incarcerated, passes away, or other actions that may inhibit the return of the tax-free zero-interest student loans, it will be replaced by income tax or private donation. Any individuals that unable, unwilling, or who refuse to pay back education loans to the education pool will become ineligible for free healthcare at age 60, until loans are paid in full. This would encourage personal responsibility and accountability, plus gear the student to take their education seriously as it applies to the context of contributing to society.
Conclusion. In conclusion, this proposed amendment stands to reveal the momentous changes required to redirect the course of our nation. This means limiting excessive and the inappropriate spending routinely observed by our federal government. The Elites and ruling class continue to operate under the condition that the people, nor members of Congress, will not have enough time to physically read through, analyze, and reform the proposed legislation before it is voted on. Just looking at the cost required to bring us back into a state of financial security is enough to make you sick. Despite the persuasive redefining of various buzzword terminology, there is meaning in the needs of the American population. Partisanship aside, we are all created in the image of God, and therefore all equally pilots as we are passengers, in the economic flight plan leading to the fate of America’s destination.
